01 - Place milk, ice cubes, vanilla ice cream, vanilla bean seeds or extract, and sugar in blender pitcher.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds.
03 - Taste the frappuccino and add additional sugar if desired. Blend briefly to incorporate.
04 - Divide evenly between two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream if using and serve right away with straws.
