04 - Arrange salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, carrot, red onion, and avocado evenly across four serving bowls.
05 - Whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey or maple syrup, fresh dill or parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth and well combined.
06 - Place one cooked turkey patty on each salad bowl. Drizzle generously with yogurt dressing. Serve immediately while patties are warm.
