# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The smoked paprika adds this incredible depth that people cant quite put their finger on but absolutely love
  • It comes together in literally 15 minutes but tastes like you spent way more time on it
02 -
  • Pressing plastic wrap directly onto the surface of leftovers is the only thing that keeps it from turning brown
  • The lime juice helps prevent oxidation but guacamole is still best enjoyed the same day
03 -
  • The trick to perfectly ripe avocados is buying them rock hard and letting them ripen on the counter for 2 to 3 days
  • If you cut into an avocado that's not ripe enough it will still work just expect a slightly less creamy texture
