# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The chia seeds create this incredible thickness that makes it feel like dessert for breakfast
  • It takes literally five minutes but somehow tastes like you put way more thought into it
02 -
  • The longer you let it sit, the thicker it gets, so don't panic if it seems thin right out of the blender
  • If you forget to plan ahead and it gets too thick, just splash in a little more milk and stir
03 -
  • Invest in a blender that can actually handle frozen fruit, it's worth every penny
  • Pre-portion your frozen fruit into baggies on Sunday for the fastest mornings ever
