Pink Champagne Cotton Candy (Print Version)

Sparkling pink drink with cotton candy adds a sweet, festive flair to any gathering.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Mocktail Base

01 - 2 cups sparkling white grape juice, chilled
02 - 1 cup sparkling raspberry or strawberry soda, chilled
03 - 1/2 cup cranberry juice, chilled
04 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

→ Garnish

05 - 4 small handfuls pink cotton candy
06 - Fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)

→ Decoration

07 - Edible glitter or gold sugar for glass rims (optional)

# Steps:

01 - If desired, rim each champagne flute or glass with lemon juice and dip in edible glitter or gold sugar for a decorative finish.
02 - In a large pitcher, combine sparkling white grape juice, sparkling raspberry or strawberry soda, cranberry juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently to mix while preserving carbonation.
03 - Fill each champagne flute or cocktail glass about three-quarters full with the mocktail mixture, leaving room for the cotton candy garnish.
04 - Just before serving, place a small tuft of pink cotton candy on top of each glass. The cotton candy will dissolve when the drink is poured over it or as the drink is sipped, adding sweetness and a dramatic visual effect.
05 - Garnish with fresh raspberries or strawberries if desired. Serve immediately while the cotton candy is still fluffy and the drinks are well-chilled.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They look like champagne flutes but anyone can enjoy them regardless of age
  • The cotton candy dissolving trick never fails to make people gasp and smile
02 -
  • The cotton candy must be added last minute or it will completely dissolve before anyone sees the effect
  • Keep everything well chilled because warm sparkling juice loses its magic quickly
03 -
  • Buy the cotton candy the same day you need it because it gets sticky and hard to work with
  • Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve as many bubbles as possible
