01 - Place bread slices in toaster or grill pan and cook until golden brown and crispy throughout.
02 - Halve avocado and remove pit. Scoop flesh into small bowl and mash with fork until mostly smooth with small chunks. Mix in lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper, and chives until well combined.
03 - Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack eggs into pan and cook for 2-3 minutes for runny yolks or longer until desired doneness is reached.
04 - Divide avocado mixture evenly between toasted slices and spread to cover surface. Place one cooked egg on top of each toast.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, red pepper flakes, and additional black pepper over each toast. Serve immediately while warm.
