# What You’ll Need:

01 - 2 slices whole grain bread

→ Avocado Mixture

02 - 1 ripe avocado
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
04 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
05 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

→ Eggs

07 - 2 large eggs

→ Toppings

08 - 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
09 - Pinch of red pepper flakes
10 - Freshly ground black pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Place bread slices in toaster or grill pan and cook until golden brown and crispy throughout.
