# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The fresh ginger syrup elevates this above basic mocktails into something youd actually order at a nice restaurant
  • It comes together in under 20 minutes but looks impressive enough for brunch guests
  • You can adjust everything from sweetness to spice level to match your mood
02 -
  • Overripe peaches actually work better here since they blend more easily into a smooth puree
  • The ginger syrup keeps for weeks in the refrigerator and is fantastic in iced tea too
  • Stir the sparkling water in very gently at the end to preserve as many bubbles as possible
03 -
  • Grate a little extra fresh ginger directly into the pitcher if you want noticeable spice
  • Add a drop of rose water or orange blossom water for a sophisticated Middle Eastern twist
