# What You’ll Need:

→ Greens

01 - 2 cups fresh spinach leaves, washed and stems removed

→ Fruits

02 - 1 ripe banana, peeled
03 - 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
04 - 1 green apple, cored and chopped

→ Liquid

05 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut water (or filtered water)

→ Flavor & Boosters

06 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
07 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
08 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Add the spinach, banana, pineapple, green apple, ginger, lemon juice, and chia seeds (if using) to a high-speed blender.
