01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat if pan frying.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each slice of bread to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
03 - Place one cheese stick along the edge of each flattened bread slice. Roll the bread tightly around the cheese, sealing the ends with a little melted butter.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up with melted butter. In a small bowl, combine grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian herbs, and sprinkle the mixture evenly over the roll ups.
05 - Place the prepared roll ups seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and golden, or pan fry while turning for even browning.
06 - Serve the roll ups warm with marinara sauce or your choice of dipping sauce.
